    The room had a great lake view 🥰 it was not clean, with dead bugs and a used sanitary napkin in the trash. Not worth the price for what we got.

    I had a rather disappointing experience . The air conditioning in the room was ineffective. The breakfast options were sparse and unappetizing, with burnt sausages and canned fruits. To top it all off, maintenance issues like poor ventilation and moldy curtains really detracted from my overall enjoyment.

    We were up-graded to the separate 1 bedroom, 2 toilet, double- shower room and it was excellent. While the weather was beautiful it was rather cold, so we really appreciated the warmth of our room. enjoyed the pool and spa too.

    Staff could be a bit friendlier - that would make the whole place tops! Beautiful setting and only about 12 minute drive into Rotorua.

    The amazing views of the lake made my morning walks super enjoyable, and I loved that I could easily explore nearby attractions like Hells Gate and the scenic Okere Falls Park.

    Beautiful views of the lake. Restaurant very reasonably priced and good food. Heated swimming pool/spa. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Very quiet and tranquil.

    Hotel is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The only issue is the location. It is on the opposite side of Lake Rotorua, so if you want to go into the town centre you have to drive about 20 minutes. There are no other bars/restaurants near the hotel so you have no option other than to drive into Rotorua or eat in the hotel restaurant (although the food is excellent and very reasonably priced).

    It is comfortable hip new venue, it offers excellent pool and the location is lovely in the centre of town. The employees are absolutely kind and accommodating.

    The room was tidy, moreover comfy with garden view. The staff was supper friendly and exceptionally kind, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. We didn't have time, so that's why we would love to go back.

    The dinner was fantastic and I would rated it as 5 starts. The facilities were great and I wish we had more time to spend there. The location was impressive and I image during summer is ideal for those loveres of water sports. We had a great time!
